Note about the category
This photo was more conceptual, rather than cosplay. So placed in conceptual.

Rejected because the hands were more in focus rather than the petal. Which means about 90% of the photos can't be used unless for references for illustration. Lecturer - Jesvin hinted that she would like to see me to do Japanese manga style illustrations for the brief. ( I showed her The Last Flower and she liked it a lot )

I don't really want to do it because my style isn't really what most people do. If I do it, I would end up doing it as a doujin, in which the focus would still shift to Kanda, instead of the lotus. Meh.

And the colour made Jesvin thought it was a rose petal rather than lotus.

I think lotus not in bloom are in much deeper colour. Lotus that are blooming tend to be lighter. But I could only get cut flowers... -______-'''''''''

Oh well. Haha. I still like how I edited it.

I like how you edited it as well, by taking the focus off the petal and putting it on the hands, you take move the focus away from the petal, the "wish" or whatever you wish to call it, and onto the person holding the wish... I don't know, to me that's a bit of a beautiful idea :)
